Meet Our Health Care Providers

At My Exceptional Care, we have a team of experienced and dedicated health care providers who are passionate about helping patients. You can have peace of mind knowing that you are being treated by providers and counselors who have your well-being in mind.

Bachar Malek, MD

Dr Malek is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. As an internal medicine physician, Dr Malek received intensified training on adult heath conditions and can diagnosis and treat multiple medical problems including those of greater complexity. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, he offers an expertise in adult medicine that is unmatched.

Irina Kochersperger, AGAC-NP

Irina is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care provider. She lived in Kansas City, Missouri to start her educational career. She then transferred to the University of Southern Indiana and obtained both her Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's degree for Nurse Practitioner.


Irina joined our team in October 2018. She strives to listen to patients attentively and address each issue with dignity and respect. Her goal is to provide individualized, compassionate care for every patient she encounters.

Haley Daniel, NP-C

Haley earned a bachelor in nursing from Murray State in 2016. Due to her passion and dedication to the healthcare industry, she continued her education at Chamberlain University. She recently joined our team and her experience combined, with her education, allows her to offer individualized patient care.

Kandi Weber, FNP-BC

Kandi graduated in 2019 from University of Southern Indiana with her Master of Nursing. She is board certified by ANCC. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast in 2010. She has worked in healthcare for 10 years as a cardiac and renal ICU nurse and her experience and knowledge are a welcome addition to our team.

Manda Hess, LCSW 

Manda graduated in 2010 with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern Indiana. She is one of our mental health counselors. Manda has vast experience in helping patients with many issues, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD. Manda provides high quality care and takes genuine interest and concern in her patients. 

                                   A Message From Dr. Bachar Malek 

Your health is our priority. I strongly believe that the best care you can receive is given by those who already know you and your complete health history. If you are an established patient and have an immediate health concern there is no need to go to another facility such as an urgent care. I have made it my office policy that our patients are seen same day for acute illness. We are here to help you in all areas of your health: chronic medical conditions, mental health and urgent complaints.
